In ADHD coaching, we focus primarily on the present and the future. Unlike therapy, where past experiences may also become a central focus, coaching is oriented toward current challenges and goals.
Our work is centred on exploring practical strategies, concrete actions, and skills that support progress toward your goals, particularly in everyday life and work-related contexts.
We place strong emphasis on identifying and building on your strengths, using them as a foundation for bringing meaningful change in your life.
